NEW CSI-GSK and ViiV Forms and Information Library

There is a new CSI-GSK and ViiV Forms and Information Library where you can access some important information that you will require to perform certain services for GSK/ViiV. This includes Human Safely Information training, reporting and reconciliation forms.
To gain access please send a request using the following format.

- Name of GSK contact for who you are acting.
- Name of activity

You will then be sent a mail inviting you to register via the GSK/ViiV Authentication and Identity Repository (AIR)
At the same time, you will be granted access to the portal.
When this is complete you should be able to access the portal using this link CSI-GSK and ViiV Forms and Information Library
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- You should visit the portal for EVERY new activity to ensure you are using the correct materials.
- Human Safety Information Training is only valid for a year and must be refreshed to ensure that valid training covers the whole period of an activity.
